Navigating Life's Inspirations and Connections Through Art
Welcome to the world through my eyes, where I find my purpose in the interplay of connection and capturing the essence of life's moments. My journey is woven with these two profound passions, each shaping the tapestry of my creative expression.
Life's intricate inspirations beckon me, drawing my focus to the subtle details that often go unnoticed. It's in these subtleties that true beauty resides, and it's here that my artistry thrives. Yet, my craft is not a solitary pursuit; it flourishes in the presence of dreamers and kindred spirits who share the same vision of weaving tales through imagery. My adventures have led me across the globe—skiing down the majestic Italian Alps, soaring above the Bolivian Andes on a zip-line, scaling the slopes of an Icelandic volcano, backpacking in the Himalayas, and countless other awe-inspiring journeys. Yet, among these grand explorations, it's the simple magic of light dancing on coffee within a cherished cafe window or or the delicate lines that form around a woman's eyes as she contemplates the flames that fuel her untamed spirit that often ignites the most profound spark of inspiration.
My journey behind the lens officially began in 2017, as an intern under the mentorship of Cara Carisch at Cheeky Monkey Studio in Rochester, MN. This experience solidified my love for photography and set the course for my academic pursuit. Guided by a desire to intertwine my passions for photography, environmental stewardship, and entrepreneurship, I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2021 with a degree in Digital Media Arts, and a sub-focus on Sustainability and Marketing.

Through my work, I aspire to encapsulate the very essence of my subjects within the intricate details I capture. Be it the genuine smile that reveals the depths of a person's soul or the visual identity of a business that embodies its owner's dedication, I am driven to illuminate the narratives that shape our world.
